What we collect
When you join the Brief pilot, we collect the information you submit directly: your work email, company, role, and answers about your hiring workflow. If you connect an ATS during onboarding, we access candidate and interview data only as needed to generate briefings for your team.
How we use it
Pilot signup details are used to evaluate fit, schedule onboarding, and improve the product before general availability. We never sell your data or share candidate information with third parties outside of generating your briefings.
Data retention
We retain pilot signup information for as long as your account is active, and candidate data for the duration of your ATS connection. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
