Pilot program
Brief is currently offered as a limited pilot. Access is granted at our discretion, may change without notice, and does not guarantee continued or future service. Pilot participants agree to provide feedback to help shape the product.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Brief only for legitimate hiring workflows, and only with candidate data you have a lawful basis to process. You may not use Brief to make automated hiring decisions without human review.
Data ownership
You retain ownership of all candidate and interview data connected through your ATS. Brief processes this data solely to generate briefings for your team and does not claim ownership over it.
Limitation of liability
Brief is provided during the pilot on an as is basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for hiring decisions made using briefings generated by the product.
